The Alaska Saga Review: Destiny’s Road

Hello, dear readers! Welcome back to part two of The Alaska Saga. If you haven’t read part one from two weeks ago, then I suggest you read it first. But carrying on! Today’s review is on Destiny’s Road, the second novella in The Alaska Saga. Shall we?

Summary

Beth Hogan loses her beloved husband in World War II and returns to Alaska with her two sons, only to find their remote villiage overrun by soldiers and civilians coming to build the Alcan Highway. Will she find a second chance at love when she meets August Eriksson? ~blurb taken from book

Evaluation

I liked this novella better than last one. It still moved really fast and had the same confusing point of view switching, though it was a lot better in this novella. I also like August better than Sam. And the two little boys! They are adorable! I love books with children. I loved them!

Conclusion

So in conclusion, I enjoyed this book and give it a 4/5. Next week I’ll be reviewing the third and final installment of this saga. So, until next week!
