To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before Review

Hello! Hello! Welcome to another wonderful book review. I love writing these reviews. I love sharing my thoughts (Does that make me sound opinionated?) and reading new books.

Well, today’s review is on To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before by Jenny Han. I’m sure you’ve heard of it or it’s movie by the same name. It’s pretty popular.

Summary

Lara Jean has loved five boys. Exactly five. And to each one she has written a love letter, sealed it, addressed it, and hidden it. No one else has seen or even knows of them. Then one day, somehow, they get sent. Suddenly Lara Jean’s caught up in a whirlwind of fake dating to make one person jealous and another from thinking the wrong thing. What could possibly go wrong?

Evaluation

The characters of Lara Jean’s world are all unique from each other. I love the relationships. Unfortunately, this novel had too many mentions of sex and swearing for my liking. But I loved Lara Jean and Peter’s relationship. The fake dating trope was well written.

Conclusion

So in conclusion, I liked the book, but I don’t know if I’ll read it again. I’m going to keep my copy, though, because it looks so good on my shelf! My rating is 3/5. So if you enjoy fake dating, good relationships, a sweet heroine, then I recommend this novel to you. I hope you enjoy it if you do read it!
